Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience a must
- Ability to operate all equipment and handle food preparation
- Skilled in receiving and processing telephone orders
- Capable of taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
- Proficient in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations accurately
- Experience in multitasking and managing a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage all operations during shifts including cost controls and inventory management
- Maintain cash control and ensure accurate financial procedures
- Set a positive example and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and paperwork to ensure store efficiency
- Manage food quality and store cleanliness adhering to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance customer relations
- Execute marketing strategies to promote store profitability
