Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity to work in varying temperatures and conditions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant management experience a must
  • Ability to operate all equipment and handle food preparation
  • Skilled in receiving and processing telephone orders
  • Capable of taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
  • Proficient in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations accurately
  • Experience in multitasking and managing a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all operations during shifts including cost controls and inventory management
  • Maintain cash control and ensure accurate financial procedures
  • Set a positive example and enforce all company policies and procedures
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and paperwork to ensure store efficiency
  • Manage food quality and store cleanliness adhering to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and enhance customer relations
  • Execute marketing strategies to promote store profitability
