Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Good navigational skills including map reading
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Adherence to strict quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- General job experience in a retail or food service environment
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Experience with cash handling and making change
- Keyboard or touchscreen data entry skills
- Previous leadership or managerial experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations during shifts including cost controls and inventory management
- Handle cash control, staffing, and paperwork accurately
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and image standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Manage scheduling and training of staff
- Monitor marketing initiatives and profitability
