Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Good navigational skills including map reading
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Adherence to strict quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • General job experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Ability to operate all necessary equipment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Experience with cash handling and making change
  • Keyboard or touchscreen data entry skills
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all store operations during shifts including cost controls and inventory management
  • Handle cash control, staffing, and paperwork accurately
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness and image standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Manage scheduling and training of staff
  • Monitor marketing initiatives and profitability
