Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to work under stress and meet quality standards
- Good motor coordination and eye-hand coordination
- Ability to navigate using maps and read addresses
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or management experience preferred
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to use computers and POS systems
- Ability to train and mentor team members
Job Duties
- Manage all shift operations including cost control, inventory management, and cash control
- Set a strong example in following all company policies and procedures
- Oversee customer relations to ensure excellent service
- Staff the store and manage employee schedules
- Complete all required paperwork and reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image adhering to Domino's standards
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance store profitability
