Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and motivate a team
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle for delivery roles

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate all pizza-making equipment
  • Experience in inventory management and food preparation
  • Competent in taking and processing telephone orders
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
  • Experience with cash handling and monetary transactions
  • Basic computer skills including order entry via keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties

  • Manage all cost controls including inventory and cash control
  • Oversee customer relations and ensure great customer service
  • Staff scheduling and training
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Handle paperwork and operational documentation
  • Execute marketing initiatives and support store profitability
  • Follow all company policies and procedures strictly
