Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record for delivery duties
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery if applicable
- ability to stand walk lift carry push climb stoop bend crouch squat and reach
- ability to work under varying store temperatures and weather conditions
- ability to follow strict quality and safety standards
- ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 18 years
- basic math skills including adding subtracting multiplying dividing and making correct monetary change
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to operate store equipment and enter orders via computer or touch screen
Job Duties
- manage all aspects of store shift including cost controls inventory and cash control
- maintain exceptional customer relations
- set example by following all company policies and procedures
- staff the store and complete necessary paperwork
- oversee food management and store cleanliness
- work according to a schedule and ensure profitability
- promote marketing initiatives and ensure a perfect store image
