Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record for delivery duties
  • access to an insured vehicle for delivery if applicable
  • ability to stand walk lift carry push climb stoop bend crouch squat and reach
  • ability to work under varying store temperatures and weather conditions
  • ability to follow strict quality and safety standards
  • ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • basic math skills including adding subtracting multiplying dividing and making correct monetary change
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to operate store equipment and enter orders via computer or touch screen

Job Duties

  • manage all aspects of store shift including cost controls inventory and cash control
  • maintain exceptional customer relations
  • set example by following all company policies and procedures
  • staff the store and complete necessary paperwork
  • oversee food management and store cleanliness
  • work according to a schedule and ensure profitability
  • promote marketing initiatives and ensure a perfect store image
