Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- demonstrated skills in leadership and team management
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- capability to make accurate monetary change
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- valid driver’s license meeting company standards
- access to insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds and other physical tasks
- willingness to comply with company policies and maintain high standards of conduct
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in retail or food service management advantageous
- strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency with basic math and cash handling
- ability to operate computer systems for order entry
- capable of working under pressure and managing teams effectively

- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- physical capability to perform duties including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- manage all activities during shifts including cost and inventory control
- oversee cash management and customer relations
- follow and enforce company policies and procedures without exception
- manage staffing and complete necessary paperwork
- monitor food management and maintain store cleanliness
- adhere to schedules and uphold the store's image and standards
- ensure excellent customer service and punctuality
- promote and implement marketing initiatives
- drive store profitability
- operate all store equipment safely and efficiently
- stock ingredients and supplies
- prepare and process orders
- perform inventory checks and related documentation
- clean equipment and facility regularly
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- accurately handle monetary transactions
- navigate delivery routes to successfully complete deliveries
- deliver flyers and promotional materials
