Job Requirements

High school diploma or high school equivalency
5+ years Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience
experience in sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
ServSafe certification preferred or obtained within 90 days
reliable transportation
valid driver’s license
age 21 or older
ability to obtain liquor license
commitment to excellence in service
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work up to 55 hours per week
ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs
tolerate temperature changes and frequent use of cleaning solutions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or high school equivalency required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience at Ruby Tuesday or another restaurant concept
experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
ServSafe Certified preferred or certification within 90 days of employment
must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
must be 21 years of age or older
must be able to obtain a liquor license or permit
commitment to excellence in friendly service
ability to inspire and motivate others
able to analyze issues and problem solve
demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
foster collaboration and team work within your team
basic computer skills required

Job Duties

Own your four walls and your local community through growing sales, achieving EBITDA, meeting budget, and creating a culture of accountability
responsible for all front of house and heart of house results including Ecosure
ensure CHARM service model is fully integrated by FOH Team with every guest
communicate company initiatives and tactics to drive sales and profitability
recruit, hire, train, develop, and communicate through consistent daily interactions and weekly meetings with all Managers and Team Members
conduct regular one-on-ones and follow-up with Managers and Team Members
reinforce Team Members' skills and Managers' leadership behaviors
