Job Duties
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all staff and daily operations
- Drive enrollment growth and maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Oversee staffing needs including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing and community engagement initiatives
