Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice preferably in sports and entertainment venues
  • Experience with high-volume foodservice accounts including concessions or premium services
  • Previous P and L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-oriented environments
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to workplace safety and ability to perform essential job functions
  • Experience working in high-volume catering preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry preferably in sports and entertainment venues
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, concessions, or premium services with oversight of alcohol sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Previous profit and loss accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to superior customer and client service
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in high-volume catering preferred
  • Knowledge and practice of workplace safety policies and regulations with the ability to lead team safety initiatives

Job Duties

  • Upholding Legends standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
  • Constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications while balancing creativity with practical implementation
  • Managing the operational budget and monthly profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
  • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients and business partners
  • Overseeing the management team, including talent development, promoting from within, coaching, and performance management
  • Developing yearly operational budgets focused on fiscal responsibility including product levels and pricing
  • Overseeing monthly inventory for all departments
  • Preparing and submitting reports and monthly projections as required
  • Coordinating with multiple sub-contractors to ensure contract terms and standards are met
  • Ensuring unit compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and company regulations including alcohol sales, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
  • Performing additional related duties and responsibilities as required
