Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • 5 plus years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability and flexibility to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and assertiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse crew
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to problem solve and accept feedback

Job Duties

  • Staff the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is safe at all times for both team members and guests
  • Oversee the correct facilitation of orientation and onboarding process
  • Write and implement or monitor shift leader development and performance plans
  • Make all final hire and separation decisions and ensure proper procedures followed
  • Create team member schedules considering availability, payroll, and overtime
  • Own the performance of the entire team and create a respectful culture
  • Audit all facets of operations and deliver feedback to facilitate improvements
  • Understand budget and cost trends and create business plans
  • Control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • Build sales, control labor and food costs
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate across organization
  • Use company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Ensure all risk management compliance
  • Identify and communicate maintenance problems
  • Leverage Restaurant Support Center for operational support
  • Act as ambassador and representative of the Wingstop brand and culture
