Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience in a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
- Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team
Job Duties
- Manage staffing efficiently and hire carefully
- Ensure a safe restaurant environment for team members and guests
- Oversee onboarding and training processes
- Develop and implement performance plans for shift leaders
- Create and manage team member schedules balancing sales and labor costs
- Audit operations and develop solutions for improvement
- Maintain operational and company standards including facilities and risk management
