Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum of five years supervisory experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
  • Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Manage staffing efficiently and hire carefully
  • Ensure a safe restaurant environment for team members and guests
  • Oversee onboarding and training processes
  • Develop and implement performance plans for shift leaders
  • Create and manage team member schedules balancing sales and labor costs
  • Audit operations and develop solutions for improvement
  • Maintain operational and company standards including facilities and risk management
