Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • 5 plus years previous food service retail or restaurant supervisory experience
  • proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements
  • demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • initiative and assertiveness
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • leadership skills with ability to manage develop and motivate diverse crew

  • ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Staff the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
  • ensure the restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
  • oversee orientation and onboarding processes
  • write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
  • make final hire and separation decisions
  • create team member schedules considering sales, availability, and labor costs
  • audit operations and develop improvement solutions
  • understand budget and cost trends impacting operations
  • perform financial analysis and control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • build sales and control labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards and communicate effectively with team
  • identify and report maintenance issues
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance
  • ensure compliance with risk management standards
