Job Requirements
- Minimum education of 2-year degree with 8 years experience or 4-year degree with 6 years experience
- Experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting or related area
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership in hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in talent management and organizational development
- Proficient in business analysis and financial management
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
- General Manager experience preferred
- Proven ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated progressive career growth in property management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, sales, marketing, and revenue management
- Ability to build relationships with owners, employees, and community stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Develop business strategies and plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Execute business plans and hold leadership accountable
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate revenue and pursue new business leads
- Build and coach a high-performance executive team
- Serve as a brand champion and ensure brand values are upheld
- Analyze business data to inform decisions and improve property performance
- Foster employee engagement and maintain positive labor relations
- Manage revenue and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and RevPAR
- Build strong owner relations through proactive communication
- Engage with guests and community to promote property and address service concerns
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, and brand standards
- Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain property standards
