Job Requirements

  • Minimum education of 2-year degree with 8 years experience or 4-year degree with 6 years experience
  • Experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting or related area
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated leadership in hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in talent management and organizational development
  • Proficient in business analysis and financial management

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
  • General Manager experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth in property management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, sales, marketing, and revenue management
  • Ability to build relationships with owners, employees, and community stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies and plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Execute business plans and hold leadership accountable
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate revenue and pursue new business leads
  • Build and coach a high-performance executive team
  • Serve as a brand champion and ensure brand values are upheld
  • Analyze business data to inform decisions and improve property performance
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain positive labor relations
  • Manage revenue and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and RevPAR
  • Build strong owner relations through proactive communication
  • Engage with guests and community to promote property and address service concerns
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, and brand standards
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain property standards
