Job Requirements

  • associate degree or higher or equivalent experience in the fitness or sports industry
  • three years of management or leadership experience
  • strong sales ability with proven track record
  • experience managing facility p&l
  • leadership skills to conduct one-on-one and staff meetings weekly
  • ability to handle pressure in a high responsibility role
  • knowledge of customer relationship management platforms
  • ability to work flexible schedule
  • positive attitude and energetic personality

Job Qualifications

  • associate degree or higher and/or equivalent experience in the fitness or sports industry
  • three years of management or leadership experience
  • customer relationship management platform experience
  • ability to out-sell others and strong sales skills
  • knowledge of gym and retail operations
  • sports experience is a plus
  • positive and energetic personality with a can do attitude
  • proven leadership as a first-one-in last-one-out manager

Job Duties

  • serve as a key point of contact for members with an emphasis on providing the d1 customer experience
  • assist with member progress check-ins
  • set up new memberships in the pos system
  • collect and process payments
  • provide front desk sales and information
  • assist with special events
  • manage all sales and lead the team to business growth
