This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products, but it remains a separate entity with full responsibility for all employment-related matters at the restaurant. This includes hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and disciplinary actions. Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have previous general manager experience managing high volume quick service restaurants or similar hospitality/retail businesses
- demonstrate leadership and team development skills
- possess strong organizational and planning abilities
- be capable of hiring and developing managerial staff
- have commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- ability to work collaboratively with department managers and support staff

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers and support their goal setting
- monitor departmental progress and provide coaching and direction
- hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain a positive work environment and optimize team performance
- ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence
