Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- proven experience managing a high volume restaurant
- ability to lead and develop a team
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent time management
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail management beneficial
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- set the restaurant's goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers
- coach and provide direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress and implement improvements in restaurant departments
