Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be 21 years or older
- Managerial and leadership experience in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer software such as Word and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand long periods, move throughout the restaurant, lift supplies, and operate office equipment

Job Duties
- Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant
- Direct all subordinate staff and hold them accountable
- Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew members and shift managers
- Supervise and help prepare food that meets or exceeds brand standards
- Resolve complaints from customers and report issues to supervisors
- Ensure the restaurant is opened and closed on time
- Maintain a clean restaurant that meets or exceeds company standards
- Ensure the restaurant follows proper cash procedures
- Foster a safe working environment complying with company policies and laws
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, food orders, inventory counting, food safety checks, and maintenance requests
- Develop crew members using company training procedures
- Use shift plans to organize and manage crew
- Treat all others with respect following company policies
- Monitor product quality by engaging with customers and managing crew performance
- Monitor service times to increase efficiency and speed of service
- Train crew in customer service and courtesy
- Train crew to maintain cleanliness and follow store cleaning plans
- Complete crew orientation and general training
- Train crew in new products and cross-train
- Provide specific training on problem areas
- Recommend high-performing crew for promotion
- Follow all food safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order products
- Manage security of cash, supplies, and equipment
- Follow store priorities set by the district manager
- Ensure restaurant policies for discounts and promotions are followed
- Drive deposits to the bank
