Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years single-unit management experience in retail or food and beverage industries
- Experience with store operating systems and financial reporting
- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members
- Food safety and handling certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze business reports and solve problems
Job Duties
- Drive a safety culture by ensuring clean, organized and safe environment
- Create a welcoming place for guests and team members
- Manage daily execution of store operating system to deliver consistent guest experience
- Grow top line P&L performance and control financial lines
- Track and manage inventory to remain in stock
- Delegate tasks and ensure proper completion
