Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years single-unit management experience in retail and/or food and beverage industries
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Food Safety and Handling Certifications preferred or must be able to obtain
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing ladders, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, climbing, walking, and lifting up to 55 lbs
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Regular and predictable in-person attendance required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years single-unit management experience in retail and/or food and beverage industries
  • Experience with PeopleMatter, Workday, Reflexis, PDI, ESO a plus
  • Food Safety and Handling Certifications preferred or the ability to obtain
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze business-related problems and develop solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Drive a safety culture by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for all Team Members and Guests
  • Create a place of welcoming and belonging for our Guests and Team Members
  • Oversee the daily execution of the Store Operating System through management of the Game Plans to deliver a consistent Guest/brand experience and achieve performance targets
  • Grow top line P&L performance and control key financial lines
  • Track and manage inventory through count execution and submitting accurate orders
  • Delegate tasks to subordinate Team Members and ensure proper completion
  • Oversee food production to ensure food safety and maintain par levels
  • Develop well trained Team Members through training, coaching, and recognition
  • Recruit, interview, hire and schedule all Team Members
  • Train and empower Team Members to de-escalate guest service issues
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local inspections and maintain records
  • Promote sales and profits through local community engagement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
