Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- Fifteen plus years of aerospace and defense leadership experience
- Experience leading profit and loss or large program portfolios
- Deep understanding of regulated defense environments and compliance
- Demonstrated success driving growth strategies
- Ability to lead in a collaborative and inclusive manner
- Willingness to work at the Simsbury, CT location
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of aerospace and defense leadership experience
- Proven success managing P&L and large program portfolios
- Strong knowledge of regulated defense environments and compliance
- Experience in driving growth strategies and operational execution
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the Warfighter business segment including strategy development and execution
- Oversee profit and loss responsibility ensuring growth and operational excellence
- Manage program execution, engineering, and operational teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR/DFAR, and government/commercial contract requirements
- Drive cultural alignment with EBAD core values and foster a high-performance team environment
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align business objectives with company vision
