- 15+ years of leadership experience in aerospace and defense
- experience managing full profit and loss responsibility
- knowledge of ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations
- strong program execution capabilities

Job Duties
- lead full profit and loss responsibility for the warfighter segment
- oversee program management, operations, and engineering execution
