Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum 5-7 years senior management experience in relevant venues
- proven experience managing diverse workforce
- knowledge of contract negotiations
- skills in supervising personnel, booking, promoting live entertainment
- understanding of business law, purchasing procedures
- experience with labor relations and union contracts
- ability to perform under significant pressure
- strong client/customer service focus

Job Duties
- maintains active contact with the client/contract administrator
- monitors ASM Global's compliance with contract provisions
- plans, supervises, manages, oversees, and evaluates Coliseum activities and operations
- oversees parking, traffic, and concessions operations for associated venues
- serves as main contact for third-party public and private event bookings
- implements ASM Global's operational best practices
- recommends and enforces facility policies and procedures
- prepares budgets and monitors financial accounts
- negotiates lease agreements
- establishes relationships with clients, university departments, government and community organizations
- coordinates training, safety, crowd control, and crisis management programs
- develops and implements facility goals
- prepares reports and records for oversight
- plans and directs facility maintenance and operations
- coordinates annual operating calendars and revenue projections
- conducts marketing, budgeting, and staff meetings
- executes financial plans and budget controls
- approves contracts with suppliers and tenants
- responds to internal and external requests
- advises on staffing and personnel modifications
- ensures guest service standards and employee training
- administers personnel operations according to regulations
- evaluates and improves facility practices
- maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
