Job Requirements

  • fluent in both English and Spanish
  • previous luxury experience required
  • 2-year degree and 8 years relevant experience or 4-year degree and 6 years relevant experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong business acumen
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 8 years management experience
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 6 years management experience
  • previous luxury hotel management experience
  • experience in operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting
  • leadership experience managing a full-service or limited-service property
  • excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • develop business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • execute business plans aligned with Marriott global strategies
  • lead sales and marketing efforts to generate revenue and pursue new business
  • manage and develop a high-performing executive leadership team
  • analyze business data to adjust strategies and ensure profitability
  • foster positive employee and labor relations with open communication
  • oversee revenue management including pricing, demand forecasting, and expense control
  • maintain strong relationships with property owners and communicate performance insights
  • engage with customers and community to enhance brand image and service quality
  • ensure compliance with legal, safety, and Marriott brand standards through audits and regular reviews
