Job Requirements
- fluent in both English and Spanish
- previous luxury experience required
- 2-year degree and 8 years relevant experience or 4-year degree and 6 years relevant experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting
- proven leadership skills
- strong business acumen
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 8 years management experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 6 years management experience
- previous luxury hotel management experience
- experience in operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting
- leadership experience managing a full-service or limited-service property
- excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- develop business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- execute business plans aligned with Marriott global strategies
- lead sales and marketing efforts to generate revenue and pursue new business
- manage and develop a high-performing executive leadership team
- analyze business data to adjust strategies and ensure profitability
- foster positive employee and labor relations with open communication
- oversee revenue management including pricing, demand forecasting, and expense control
- maintain strong relationships with property owners and communicate performance insights
- engage with customers and community to enhance brand image and service quality
- ensure compliance with legal, safety, and Marriott brand standards through audits and regular reviews
