Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- Minimum 6 years of relevant management experience in operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related area
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry
- Experience leading management teams and developing talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compliance with brand standards and legal regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of management experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related professional area
- General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent financial acumen and knowledge of revenue management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and business profitability
Job Duties
- Develop and execute property business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Hold property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies
- Lead talent management efforts including coaching, development, and succession planning
- Analyze business data to inform and adapt business plans and financial strategies
- Foster employee and labor relations through open communication and fair treatment
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, labor, and brand standards
- Build strong relationships with property owners, community leaders, and customers
- Actively engage in public relations efforts to promote property and brand image
