Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant management experience in operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related area
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry
  • Experience leading management teams and developing talent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compliance with brand standards and legal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of management experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related professional area
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent financial acumen and knowledge of revenue management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and business profitability

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute property business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Hold property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies
  • Lead talent management efforts including coaching, development, and succession planning
  • Analyze business data to inform and adapt business plans and financial strategies
  • Foster employee and labor relations through open communication and fair treatment
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, labor, and brand standards
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, community leaders, and customers
  • Actively engage in public relations efforts to promote property and brand image
