Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- Proven experience in hotel management operations
- Experience in sales and marketing and financial management
- Ability to lead and develop a leadership team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Significant experience in management operations, sales and marketing, and finance
- Proven track record in a General Manager position within a hotel setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Job Duties
- Implementing service strategies that exceed guest expectations while increasing profitability and market share
- Leading the property leadership team and guiding their professional development
- Creating and executing tailored sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
- Developing a cohesive and high-performance executive team through coaching and organizational capability building
- Analyzing business-related data to inform strategic decisions and improve property performance
- Ensuring a positive employee experience through open communication and engagement initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and the local community
- Interacting with guests to gather feedback and enhance service delivery while promoting an exemplary property image
