Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel management operations
  • Experience in sales and marketing and financial management
  • Ability to lead and develop a leadership team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Significant experience in management operations, sales and marketing, and finance
  • Proven track record in a General Manager position within a hotel setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Leading the property leadership team and guiding their professional development
