- valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check
- college degree
- 3-5 years supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Interview and screen job candidates to select the best person for the job
- complete the hiring process, train, evaluate, supervise and reward personnel
- train personnel on security and fire safety procedures and enforce attendance and personnel policies
- ensure proper staffing during vacations, holidays and absences
- communicate through meetings and written communications with operational shifts
- participate in quality programs including development and training
- monitor and set goals for on-time deliveries, driver productivity, and paperwork accuracy
- track driver efficiency, fuel usage, and route times via GPS
- manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and control expenses
- maintain warehouse appearance and security, including key fobs and alarms
- control repairs and make replacement orders
- manage fuel card use and check-in/check-out procedures
- maintain scanners and equipment
- control warehouse rack space and evaluate needs
- audit daily paperwork and reconcile inventories
- supervise and conduct audits and bay consolidations
- verify and monitor warehouse mapping
- provide courteous and professional customer service in person and via phone
- handle special customer requests and resolve problems
- update and distribute delivery schedules
- ensure compliance with all operational requirements and tasks related to the facility
