Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in management operations, sales and marketing management, finance or related field
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales strategy and team alignment
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Knowledge of attractions, venue operations and special events
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and initiatives
- Experience in domestic and international group sales
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Ability to conduct risk assessment for special events

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years of experience in management operations, high-volume sales and marketing management, finance or related area
- Deep knowledge of traditional and innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to align teams around sales and marketing initiatives
- Visionary in developing strategic partnerships and brand articulation
- Experience building integrated sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, hiring and performance management
- Food and beverage management experience in entertainment or hospitality venues
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local and regional attractions markets and venue operations
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills
- Strong financial and data analysis abilities
- Creative and resourceful with negotiation skills
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders

Job Duties
- Own the forecast and strategy for the entire View Boston operation in Boston, MA
- Leverage Legends Global Attractions resources as well as oversee organization at the asset level
- Build strong relationships with building ownership through proactive and on-going communication
- Represent View Boston/Legends Global Attractions including attendance at important functions, industry events and public meetings
- Oversee quality control throughout the View Boston experience and establish department goals
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, new programs and strategies
- Enhance and enforce policies and procedures to improve operation and effectiveness
- Translate initial success into lasting growth ensuring sustainability
- Assist in developing best practices and learnings in operations, sales, consumer engagement and associate training
- Collaborate across operations, sales and marketing to develop and execute revenue generating strategies
- Manage a high-performance team, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, labor and brand standards
- Analyze business data to inform strategy and maximize profitability
- Develop pricing and revenue management strategies balancing market factors
- Build strong owner relations and communicate property performance
- Engage with guests and community to enhance brand image and guest satisfaction
