Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment
  • passion for coffee and tea and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • lead by example as a leader and advocate for the team driving profitability service performance and operational excellence through coaching and training
  • be a coffee and tea expert sharing passion and knowledge with team and guests to provide a total quality experience
  • generate new guests by welcoming and engaging with store visitors
  • ensure a safe store environment prioritizing health and safety for employees and guests
  • manage store profitability by tracking sales overseeing day to day operations and risk management
  • create memorable experiences through creative visual merchandising and product placement
  • build store presence by connecting with local community attracting and retaining talent
  • mentor assistant general manager and other store staff by knowledge sharing and embodying company guiding principles
