Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment
- passion for coffee and tea and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- lead by example as a leader and advocate for the team driving profitability service performance and operational excellence through coaching and training
- be a coffee and tea expert sharing passion and knowledge with team and guests to provide a total quality experience
- generate new guests by welcoming and engaging with store visitors
- ensure a safe store environment prioritizing health and safety for employees and guests
- manage store profitability by tracking sales overseeing day to day operations and risk management
- create memorable experiences through creative visual merchandising and product placement
- build store presence by connecting with local community attracting and retaining talent
- mentor assistant general manager and other store staff by knowledge sharing and embodying company guiding principles
