Job Duties
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert, sharing passion and providing a total quality experience to guests and team
- Generate new guests and build store presence through community engagement
- Ensure a safe store environment for employees and guests by prioritizing health and safety
- Manage profitable store operations including tracking sales, overseeing day-to-day activities, and risk management
- Execute creative visual merchandising and product placement to enhance customer experience
- Mentor assistant general manager and store staff by sharing knowledge and embodying company guiding principles
