Job Duties
- build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate store to ensure Nekter brand excellence
- hire, train, and coach employees
- manage daily operations including scheduling and cash handling
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- oversee profit and loss statements and manage food and labor costs
- promote brand through community partnerships and promotions
