Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant industry
  • proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • experience with POS systems
  • strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • understanding of food safety regulations
  • ability to manage labor and food costs
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexible availability based on business needs
  • commitment to promoting healthy living

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • proficiency with Point of Sale systems
  • knowledge of NCR POS is a plus
  • experience reviewing and presenting profit and loss statements
  • skills in food cost management
  • labor cost management expertise
  • food preparation skills
  • cash handling experience
  • passion for healthy food and lifestyle
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • multilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Build and lead store team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • manage daily store operations including cash handling and auditing
  • ensure compliance with food safety and health standards
  • oversee sales performance and financial reporting
  • recruit, train, and coach employees
  • resolve employee relations issues following HR protocols
  • promote brand through community partnerships and local marketing activities
