Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products while maintaining full control over the employment and management of the restaurant. As such, any employment decisions such as hiring, firing, supervision, and staffing are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not participate in the hiring process and will not have access to your employment application or influence your employment status. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have previous general manager experience
  • Demonstrate ability to manage high volume restaurant operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Willingness to coach and develop team members
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail considered
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop operational plans
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set goals and develop plans with leadership
  • Coach and provide direction to Department Managers
  • Monitor progress and performance of departments
  • Hire and train Department and Shift Managers
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
