Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
- Experience in premium and concessions management preferred
- Proven direct profit and loss responsibility
- Ability to lead a large team in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to respond to changing demands
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking and standing
- Compliance with uniform and personal protective equipment policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience

- Ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong client and guest service orientation with entrepreneurship skills
- Passion for food and beverage with the ability to innovate and develop successful concepts
- Effective communication skills with clients and senior management
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing demands
- Experience with contract-managed services desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage full profit and loss responsibility for food and beverage operations
- Manage the client relationship while providing hands-on execution and leadership of operations
- Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and concepts
- Develop new concepts to increase revenue from public foods, concessions, premium services, and catering outlets
- Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute business development strategies
- Recruit and develop new and existing managerial talent
- Interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members
