Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in premium and concessions management preferred
  • Proven direct profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to lead a large team in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to respond to changing demands
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking and standing
  • Compliance with uniform and personal protective equipment policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in premium and concessions management preferred
  • Proven direct profit and loss responsibility in a comparable environment
  • Ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced setting
  • Strong client and guest service orientation with entrepreneurship skills
  • Passion for food and beverage with the ability to innovate and develop successful concepts
  • Effective communication skills with clients and senior management
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing demands
  • Experience with contract-managed services desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage full profit and loss responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Manage the client relationship while providing hands-on execution and leadership of operations
  • Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and concepts
  • Develop new concepts to increase revenue from public foods, concessions, premium services, and catering outlets
  • Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute business development strategies
  • Recruit and develop new and existing managerial talent
  • Interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members
