Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations overseeing both FOH and BOH teams
- drive sales and profitability through operational excellence
- manage scheduling training and onboarding new hires
- coach and mentor team members identifying and developing future leaders
- uphold high standards for food quality monitor service and address guest feedback
- enforce adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations
- conduct regular inspections and training to maintain safety and compliance
- optimize staff schedules balance labor costs with service needs
- support budget inventory management and cost-saving initiatives
