Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations overseeing both FOH and BOH teams
  • drive sales and profitability through operational excellence
  • manage scheduling training and onboarding new hires
  • coach and mentor team members identifying and developing future leaders
  • uphold high standards for food quality monitor service and address guest feedback
  • enforce adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations
  • conduct regular inspections and training to maintain safety and compliance
  • optimize staff schedules balance labor costs with service needs
  • support budget inventory management and cost-saving initiatives
