Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in retail or similar industry
  • proven oversight of operations with annual sales volume over $2 million
  • experience with budget and profit and loss statement management
  • supervisory experience of teams of at least 10 employees
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • well-organized with attention to multitasking
  • intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
  • must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle check

Job Qualifications

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management experience in retail, restaurant, travel stop, convenience store, big box, grocery, or department store
  • proven ability to manage operations with annual sales exceeding $2 million
  • demonstrated experience interpreting and influencing budgets and profit and loss statements
  • skilled in supervising and training teams of 10 or more employees
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • capable of multitasking and detail-oriented
  • ability to handle lifting and moving items over 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service and facility upkeep
  • drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste reduction
  • manage task execution including safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and employee development
  • lead talent acquisition, training, and HR support functions
  • collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to guide business decisions
  • address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall experience
