Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 8-10 years of upscale food service experience including 6+ years in management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing financials and operational targets
- Knowledge of food purchasing and inventory control
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High standards of integrity and ethical behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations while managing the account within the approved budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, employees, and internal partners
- Lead, develop, and mentor the team through hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, sales reporting, and cash handling
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee purchasing, inventory controls, and food cost management while maintaining quality standards
- Partner with culinary leadership on menu planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, food safety, and proper food storage and handling
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and fire regulations
- Manage catering operations and execution at a high level
- Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration and align dining services with facility operations
