Job Requirements

At least 15 years of hotel operations experience in a leadership position
Degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or similar
Robust background in luxury hospitality – ski market destination preferred
Experience with property management or condo hotels
Involvement with Preferred Hotels & Resorts or other luxury hotel collection

Job Duties

Champion the property’s operational excellence and financial performance, driving revenue growth and profitability in alignment with the annual business plan and commitment to deliver exceptional owner returns
Lead the property’s market positioning with bold, innovative strategies that showcase theStelle’s unique offerings, differentiating the property from competitors while strengthening its presence in local, regional, and national markets
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve precise forecasting projections
proactively adjust business strategies to protect profit integrity and optimize performance
Deliver best-in-class guest and team member experiences, consistently exceeding service expectations while upholding CoralTree Hospitality’s high standards of hospitality and genuine care
Serve as the face of theStelle within the community and the broader hospitality industry, fostering strategic partnerships and representing the property with professionalism and authenticity
Ensure a safe and secure resort environment by implementing and upholding policies that prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of guests, team members, and stakeholders
Inspire, attract, and retain top-tier talent, cultivating a high-performance culture that prioritizes career growth, continuous learning, and leadership development in line with CoralTree Hospitality’s values
