Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Property industry work experience demonstrating exceptional performance and career growth

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration or related major with 8 years of relevant experience
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • General Manager experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Develops and executes business strategies aligned with Marriott global plans
  • Holds property leadership accountable for business plan delivery
  • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing team to generate revenue
  • Coaches and develops Executive Committee and staff
  • Analyzes business data to inform decisions
  • Maintains compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Engages with guests, owners, and local community to promote the property
