Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Property industry work experience demonstrating exceptional performance and career growth
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration or related major with 8 years of relevant experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- General Manager experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated progressive career growth in hospitality
Job Duties
- Develops and executes business strategies aligned with Marriott global plans
- Holds property leadership accountable for business plan delivery
- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing team to generate revenue
- Coaches and develops Executive Committee and staff
- Analyzes business data to inform decisions
- Maintains compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Engages with guests, owners, and local community to promote the property
