Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 8 years of relevant experience
- or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 6 years of relevant experience
- General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Proven ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property management
Job Duties
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Lead property leadership team in achieving business plan objectives and hold them accountable
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate revenue and pursue new business opportunities
- Coach and develop Executive Committee to build a cohesive high-performance team
- Analyze business data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Foster employee and labor relations through open communication and fair treatment
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, legal standards, and quality assurance procedures
