Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full-service hotel environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with lifestyle or independent hotel brands preferred
Job Qualifications

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders
- Act as the face of the hotel both internally and in the local market
