Job Requirements
- education level of associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related areas
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- prior experience in luxury hotel management
- strong leadership and people management skills
- ability to drive business growth and deliver financial targets
- effective communication and strategic planning skills
- commitment to upholding brand standards and quality service
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
- preferred 10 or more years in senior management at a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel
- demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- proven leadership skills
- strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Function as the primary strategic business leader of the property
- manage all aspects of the hotel operation including guest and employee satisfaction
- oversee human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation
- implement The Ritz-Carlton brand service strategy and initiatives
- hold property leadership accountable for strategy execution and professional development
- leverage sales engines and initiate independent sales activities
- build strong relationships with property owners and local community
- represent The Ritz-Carlton brand in leadership actions
- develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategies
- oversee talent management and organizational capability
- ensure compliance with brand policies and standards
- manage employee and labor relations
- collaborate with revenue management on pricing strategies
- actively promote the property and brand image
- conduct quality assurance audits
- analyze business performance data
- maintain positive guest and public relations
