Job Requirements

  • education level of associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related areas
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • prior experience in luxury hotel management
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • ability to drive business growth and deliver financial targets
  • effective communication and strategic planning skills
  • commitment to upholding brand standards and quality service

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
  • preferred 10 or more years in senior management at a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel
  • demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Function as the primary strategic business leader of the property
  • manage all aspects of the hotel operation including guest and employee satisfaction
  • oversee human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation
  • implement The Ritz-Carlton brand service strategy and initiatives
  • hold property leadership accountable for strategy execution and professional development
  • leverage sales engines and initiate independent sales activities
  • build strong relationships with property owners and local community
  • represent The Ritz-Carlton brand in leadership actions
  • develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategies
  • oversee talent management and organizational capability
  • ensure compliance with brand policies and standards
  • manage employee and labor relations
  • collaborate with revenue management on pricing strategies
  • actively promote the property and brand image
  • conduct quality assurance audits
  • analyze business performance data
  • maintain positive guest and public relations
