Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of management experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- General manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry
- Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain high service standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred
- Several years of management experience in operations, sales and marketing, finance, or related areas
- Proven track record of general manager experience in limited or full-service properties
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Strong leadership and talent management skills
- Experience in revenue management and customer relations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Develop business strategies designed to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Execute business plans and hold leadership accountable for delivery
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop revenue strategies and pursue new business leads
- Create and coach Executive Committee to foster high performance
- Analyze business data to inform decisions and ensure budget compliance
- Build strong owner relationships and manage expectations
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operations, labor, and brand standards through audits and employee training
