Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ hotel general manager experience
- Proven experience managing big box hotels
- Experience handling $50 million+ annual revenue
- Skilled in financial and commercial management
- Experience in renovation and capital improvements
- Track record of driving diverse demand segment performance
- Strategic and people-focused leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Proven leadership in managing a hotel with 500+ rooms and $50M+ annual revenue
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience in hotel renovation and capital projects
- Demonstrated success in driving performance across various business segments
- Ability to lead large teams and influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in unionized environments preferred
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- Local Chicago market knowledge preferred

- Provide visionary leadership for hotel operations
