Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the team in accordance with the organization's culture
- ensure adherence to service standards, training protocols, and performance metrics
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and food safety in all areas of the department

- communicate divisional initiatives and vision effectively to the team
- manage administrative and financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and payroll
