Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Full availability between 11am and 12am including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong beverage program management experience
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of 20
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Effective communication skills

  • Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong background in beverage program management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance standards
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational management

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy enforcement, and meeting facilitation
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and reward
  • Monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends to evaluate and address issues and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services and maximize revenue
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies, and local area events
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
