Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong background in beverage program management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and budgeting capabilities
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Must have full availability between 11am and 12am

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong background in beverage program management
  • Proven leadership skills managing a team of at least 20 staff
  • Ability to work full availability from 11am to 12am including holidays and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability
  • Implement marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Assess product and service trends, address issues, and make improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about offerings, products, services, pricing, policies, and local area events
