Job Requirements
- Full availability between 11am and 12am
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- ability to manage a team of 20 employees
- experience with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
- proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and marketing initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage operations
- strong background in beverage program management
- proven leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of marketing and budgeting in a hospitality environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, evaluation, and recognition
- monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and make improvements
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- ensure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies, and local area events
- recruit, interview, and train team members
