Job Requirements

  • Full availability between 11am and 12am
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume, dynamic environment
  • ability to manage a team of 20 employees
  • experience with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
  • proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and marketing initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage operations
  • strong background in beverage program management
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of marketing and budgeting in a hospitality environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, evaluation, and recognition
  • monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and make improvements
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • ensure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies, and local area events
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
