Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in hotel operations
- Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all internal and external processes
- Maintain standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies and processes
- Collaborate with management team to enhance operational infrastructure
- Motivate and lead a high performance management team
- Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners
- Develop, monitor, and report on operating costs
- Ensure hotel functions meet quality standards
- Advise on labor issues including safety, security, and training
- Manage budget and control expenses
- Hire, train, develop and appraise staff
- Stay updated on technology and compliance issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
