Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • general manager experience with emphasis on lifestyle and luxury
  • property pre-opening experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Qualifications

  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • general manager experience with emphasis on lifestyle and luxury
  • property pre-opening experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Duties

  • own the business strategy and monitor industry trends to stay ahead
  • develop and execute innovative business plans to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
  • translate global strategic plans into local vision aligned with brand values
  • champion the brand and showcase its virtues to employees, leaders, and owners
  • build influence networks with guests and the local community through strategic partnerships and social media
  • foster a positive team culture and invest in leadership development
  • maintain strong relationships and open communication with property owners
  • ensure operational excellence and compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards
  • conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
