Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen and operational knowledge

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Sales, HR)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor revenue streams and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Implement programs to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and motivate department heads and staff
